Unique Technologies maintains whatever authority is needed to decline a return/discount/trade demand. Kindly make your cases for "damaged items on delivery" or missing items inside within 12 hours of receipt of your order.

Is my product eligible for return?

The entirety of the items sold on Unique Technologies are eligible for returns, if not expressed in any case on the product page. • The product must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened

If our item is eligible for a return, you will actually want to raise the return request through the Order History page in your Unique Technologies client account. Unique Technologies returns group will reach you inside 24 hours for guarantee approval. After confirmation, we will send a dispatch to gather the item to be returned from you.

Cancelling an order

To request for order cancellation, please notify us either by telephone, email, WhatsApp, live chat, or through our online media pages. If you decide to cancel the order, kindly do so as soon as possible. If you could let us know the reason for cancellation, we will work on our administration and maybe improve sometime later.

Payment refunds
